St. John’s admissions process starts with scheduling a school tour; at the tour they ask families to bring the student’s latest report card, standardized test scores, and an IEP (if applicable). (stjohnindy.org) After the tour, the school sends a link to apply, and the student must attend a required Shadow Day that includes benchmark testing and a full-day visit schedule (doors open 7:40am; recommended arrival 7:45–7:55am). (stjohnindy.org) The website lists required/asked-for application materials as a recent report/progress report, standardized test scores, and an IEP/504 plan if applicable, and notes that acceptance is communicated after the steps are completed and processed. (stjohnindy.org) For timing, the parent/student handbook says enrollment and re-enrollment begins in January; it also states age cutoffs of preschool age 3 by August 1 and kindergarten age 5 by the state-identified date of October 1. (s3.amazonaws.com) The materials reviewed do not describe a waitlist process or any explicit admissions priority categories (e.g., church members, siblings). (stjohnindy.org)
