Mill Creek West Elementary enrollment is handled through Mill Creek Community School Corporation’s online registration system (linked from the school’s Parents → Online Registration page). (mcwe.mccsc.k12.in.us) New students start the online enrollment, and enrollment is considered complete only after the online forms are fully submitted and required documents are provided to the school (in person or by email to the school secretary). (mccsc.k12.in.us) Required documentation includes a birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residency within the district (e.g., utility bill/lease/closing paperwork; driver’s license not accepted), custody papers if applicable, and completed enrollment forms. (mccsc.k12.in.us) Kindergarten families are instructed to call the school to sign up (Mill Creek West Elementary: 317-539-9255), and returning students complete an “Annual Update Form” via the PowerSchool Parent Portal/email. (mccsc.k12.in.us) Non-resident (out-of-district) enrollment is limited, depends on space and board approval, and is only accepted during open enrollment windows: March 1–June 1 (fall) and November 1–December 15 (spring); the site does not describe any waitlist or priority categories beyond district residency vs. non-resident transfer status (and noting that prior-year non-resident students do not reapply).
