Admissions

Updated 7mo ago

Center Grove Montessori encourages families to schedule a tour (by calling the office, using the contact form, or the tour sign-up link) and then complete the appropriate online application (Primary or Elementary) and submit the non-refundable $50 application fee via PayPal. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, but submitting an application does not guarantee an enrollment date. Enrollment is offered throughout the year based on classroom availability, maintaining balanced classrooms, and the child’s readiness for the program (i.e., you may effectively be waiting for an opening). The site describes rolling admissions plus a “spring enrollment season” for the upcoming school year; it also notes a February timing item for returning families (a discounted registration fee when enrolling for the next year). Basic eligibility is age-based (Primary serves ages 2½–6 with the child turning 3 in the current enrollment year; Elementary serves ages 6–12 / 1st–6th grade), and the website does not list any additional priority categories beyond first-come/availability.
