Holy Spirit Preparatory School says families apply through Ravenna: create an account, sign up for admissions events, and submit the online application; the school also offers optional inquiry forms, open houses, and private tours to learn more before applying. (holyspiritprep.org) The admissions checklist says a complete file includes the application and $100 fee, birth certificate, baptismal certificate, student photo, parish verification form, memorandum of understanding, Georgia immunization form, and (for K-12) an authorization to release records, plus grade-specific items such as observations, teacher recommendations, transcripts, test scores, shadow days, essays, and interviews; the FAQ also says both parent and student interviews are required, while SSAT is not required. (holyspiritprep.org) For key dates, the live admissions page still posts a K-12 timeline for the 2024-2025 cycle—March 16, 2024 application deadline, March 30, 2024 decision release, and April 11, 2024 parent response deadline—and says preschool is rolling; as of March 26, 2026, those application dates appear outdated, although the page also lists 2026 open houses on February 4, February 11, and February 25. (holyspiritprep.org) The site says that after posted deadlines, grades with remaining space move to rolling admissions, preschool decisions usually come within a couple of weeks after a complete application, and late applications are still accepted but receive lower priority than on-time applications. (holyspiritprep.org) I did not find a detailed current waitlist procedure on the main site, but an archived admissions page says the school may give priority to wait-listed Catholic students; together with the current FAQ, the clearest stated priority categories are applicants who apply by the deadline and, on the archived page, wait-listed Catholic students, while non-Catholic applicants are still eligible if families support the school’s Catholic mission.
