Families apply through MBCA’s online portal, create an account, pay the $175 JK-12 application fee, and then follow a checklist in the admissions account for uploads and next steps. (mtbethelchristian.org) Requirements listed on the site include teacher/counselor evaluations, school records and a transcript release for grades 1-12, a parent interview and student shadow day for most grades, and grade-specific testing/readiness assessments; MBCA also reviews current 504/IEP/psycho-educational documentation when accommodations or the Pathways program may be needed. (mtbethelchristian.org) For timing, the homepage says MBCA is accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year, while the application-process page still references applications completed by February 1, 2025 for first-round decisions; that page and the checklist both say later applications are reviewed on a rolling basis/as space permits, and transcript releases/payment should be sent within seven days of applying. (mtbethelchristian.org) The admissions pages reviewed do not describe a formal waitlist and instead direct families to contact the Admissions Office to check space availability. (mtbethelchristian.org) I also did not find published new-applicant priority categories such as sibling or church-member preference; the only explicit seat-priority-like policy I found is continuous enrollment for current students, who keep their place unless families notify MBCA during the January 1-31 enrollment notification period / by February 1.
