Admissions

Updated 7mo ago

Our Lady of Grace Catholic School uses an online enrollment application (live during the open-enrollment window) and encourages families to schedule an “Eagle Tour” year-round by appointment; shadow days are offered for prospective students only in grades with availability (currently noted as 6th–8th). (ologs.org) Key dates listed for the 2026–2027 cycle include current-family re-enrollment January 9–23, 2026 (with required steps due by Friday, January 23, 2026) and new-family open enrollment beginning January 25, 2026. (ologs.org) Application requirements include uploading/submiting items such as a birth certificate, immunization records, and sacramental records (if applicable), plus standardized test scores and report cards for applicants in grades 1–8; age cutoffs are specified (e.g., Kindergarten age 5 by Aug. 1), and transfer students must have completed the prior year in an accredited school, with prior report cards/testing provided. (ologs.org) The school notes some grade levels may be at capacity and that applying does not guarantee acceptance; families not initially admitted may be placed on a waitlist through the start of the school year, and if accepted, new families must pay the $315 registration fee within two weeks or the seat may be offered to the next waitlisted student. (ologs.org) Admissions priorities emphasize (in order) current students, younger siblings of current students, families actively forming Catholic faith via the Disciple/Future Disciple Scholarship, preschool-to-K promotion, Our Lady of Grace parishioners, and then parishioners of other local Catholic parishes (with stated expectations of parish participation/stewardship for parish members).
