Families living in White River Township and assigned to North Grove Elementary enroll online through the district’s Skyward “Enroll” link (new families) or by logging into Skyward Family Access and selecting “New Student Online Enrollment” (current families), making sure to choose the correct application year (e.g., 2026-27 for next year). (centergrove.k12.in.us) For the 2026-27 school year, resident children must be age 5 by August 1, 2026, and parents are required to upload a birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency (such as a lease or utility bill). (centergrove.k12.in.us) Families who do not live in White River Township must request an inter-district (out-of-district) transfer, and (for out-of-district kindergarten) the district says the New Student Enrollment application must be completed first before the transfer application is shared. (centergrove.k12.in.us) For 2026-27 transfers, intra-district applications run April 5, 2026 (6:00 p.m.) to April 10, 2026 (11:59 p.m.), and inter-district applications run April 19, 2026 (6:00 p.m.) to May 11, 2026 (11:59 p.m.); the district’s timeline also notes enrollment opens in February, grade 1–12 transfer applicants are notified in June, and school begins August 3, 2026. (centergrove.k12.in.us) The district does not describe a formal waitlist; instead, transfer applications are reviewed case-by-case and may be denied due to capacity/class size, with priority tied to meeting the deadline and processing in date/time-stamp order (no other priority categories are listed).
