The Weber School’s admissions flow is: submit an inquiry form, schedule a tour, visit through a tour/classroom visit/Zoom session, and then complete the online application; the application has both parent and student sections and can be saved and resumed later. (weberschool.org) Key published dates for the current cycle are February 9, 2026 for tuition assistance applications, February 27, 2026 for the online written application and checklist, April 5, 2026 for admissions decisions, and April 15, 2026 for the Intent to Enroll form, enrollment contract, and registration deposit. (weberschool.org) The admissions pages say Weber does not require the SSAT or other outside testing, and they also state that mid-year admission is not the school’s policy. (weberschool.org) The reviewed admissions pages do not spell out the checklist items in detail, but they do indicate applicants must complete the online written application and online checklist, and families can also visit or do a student shadow during the process. (weberschool.org) I did not find any published admissions waitlist policy or admissions priority categories on the Weber School admissions pages reviewed. (weberschool.org)

No dedicated after-school care program was found on the Weber School website. The school states that students who are not in after-school programming are dismissed to go home, and students waiting for pickup are directed to a workstation until pickup arrives. It also notes that athletics and other co-curricular programs begin at 4:00 PM.
