Admissions

Updated 6mo ago

St. Benedict’s Episcopal School directs families to apply through Ravenna, where they can create an account, submit the application, upload forms, and register for tours or admissions events. (stbs.org) For the 2026–2027 cycle, applications opened on October 1, 2025; Preschool 1s–Pre-K applications were due January 20, 2026, and Kindergarten–8th grade applications were due February 5, 2026, with late applications reviewed only if space remains. (stbs.org) Required materials include a parent questionnaire and non-refundable $100 fee for all applicants, plus grade-specific items such as teacher/principal/counselor evaluations, transcripts/report cards, admissions assessments or shadow days, family interviews for preschool, and SSAT scores for grades 6–8. (stbs.org) Decision dates listed were February 2, 2026 for Preschool 1s–PreK 4s and April 4, 2026 for K–8; admitted families then complete an online enrollment contract and pay a non-refundable $1,600 deposit by February 12, 2026 for preschool or April 14, 2026 for K–8. (stbs.org) I did not find a published admissions waitlist policy or admissions priority categories on the admissions pages reviewed; the site only states that post-deadline applications are considered based on available space, and the only explicit priority note I found was for financial aid, where priority is given to students entering Kindergarten and above.
