Wood Acres School says families should first inquire and schedule a visit, then submit the online application after the tour along with a $75 application fee. (woodacresschool.org) Applicants must provide a birth certificate and an unexpired Georgia Immunization Form 3231, and depending on grade must also submit teacher recommendation forms and, for grades 1–8, a student records request; completed documents are emailed to the admissions office. (woodacresschool.org) Key timing details posted on the site are that private tours are offered Tuesdays through Fridays at 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30 a.m., preschool assessments for Intermediates and Pre-K are held by appointment on Saturday mornings in February, March, and April, and K–8 screenings are by appointment only. (woodacresschool.org) After screening, applicants for grades 1–8 are scheduled for a shadow day, and the school also says it welcomes students throughout the school year if space is available and the child is grade-level ready. (woodacresschool.org) I did not find any published admissions waitlist policy or explicit enrollment priority categories on the Wood Acres admissions pages, so those appear not to be publicly specified on the website.
