Whitefield’s process is: connect with admissions, visit campus, then submit the application through Ravenna, which Whitefield uses for both applications and admissions event registration. (whitefieldacademy.com) Required items vary by division but generally include a shared applicant information form, a $100 nonrefundable fee, parent questionnaire, teacher evaluation(s), school records, and an observation or interview; middle and upper school also require a student questionnaire, and testing includes JATP for younger grades, SSAT for grades 6–8, and SSAT/PSAT/PreACT options for upper school. (whitefieldacademy.com) For the 2026–2027 cycle, tours begin in October 2025, applications open October 1, 2025, Early Decision PreK is due January 26, 2026 with notice on February 4, regular PreK–12 and financial-aid applications are due February 26, 2026, decisions release April 4, 2026, and responses are due April 14, 2026; one newer page appears to contain a Fall 2025 typo, so the detailed application-process page is the clearer timeline. (whitefieldacademy.com) Whitefield says applications completed after February 26 are considered on a rolling basis and are not guaranteed an April 4 decision, but I did not find a separate published waitlist procedure on the admissions pages/FAQ reviewed. (whitefieldacademy.com) The site also does not publish sibling, legacy, or staff priority categories on the pages reviewed; the clearest stated admissions priority is mission fit, as Whitefield describes itself as a covenant school that partners with Christian families and says it generally enrolls children of Christian parents, with only a rare exception based on a student’s own Christian faith testimony plus parental support and satisfaction of other admission requirements.
