Admissions

Updated 7mo ago

Nativity Catholic School asks interested new families to start by scheduling a visit/tour and contacting the school to arrange a tour and shadow date; the school provides the new-student application during the visit. (school.nativityindy.org) Applicants then submit the enrollment application along with required documents (birth certificate, immunization/shot record, report card, and standardized test scores—iREAD for grades 2–3 and iLEARN for grades 3–8). (school.nativityindy.org) After the application and supporting documents are submitted, the school says it will inform families of acceptance status within about two weeks, and applications received after the start of the school year are reviewed/decided on a rolling basis. (school.nativityindy.org) For returning families, re-enrollment is available mid-to-late January and requires the registration fee be paid in full (either via online application/payment or paper enrollment with cash/check) for processing. (school.nativityindy.org) The school also posts an enrollment timeline with priority windows—January 31 for current families, February 7 for parishioners, and February 14 open to everyone (dates are listed without a year)—and it does not describe a waitlist policy on its site.
