Admissions

Updated 8mo ago

Indian Creek School directs families to apply through its online portal (MySchoolApp), with an optional inquiry, campus tour, or open house visit as part of the process. (indiancreekschool.org) A completed application generally includes submission of the online application and fee, official transcripts sent by the current school, and confidential teacher recommendation forms (the specific recommenders vary by grade level). (indiancreekschool.org) For grades K–12, a classroom/shadow visit is required after a completed application is submitted, and testing expectations vary by grade (e.g., play-based screening for Pre-K/K; an on-campus testing day for grades 1–5; SSAT/ISEE for grades 6–10; and ISEE/SSAT/PSAT options for grades 11–12). (indiancreekschool.org) Key dates published on the site include an application completion deadline of January 16 (with applications completed after January 16 reviewed on a rolling basis) and calendar items such as AIMS Admission Decision Day on February 19, 2026 (plus an Accepted Family Welcome Reception on February 23, 2026). (indiancreekschool.org) Financial aid is optional and runs concurrently with admissions (it opens each October; for Fall 2026 it lists a January 16 deadline and February 19 award release, and notes aid may be limited after their March notification date). (indiancreekschool.org) The admissions pages reviewed do not publicly describe a formal waitlist process or any admissions priority categories (e.g., sibling/legacy), so families should contact the Admission Office for current wait pool and priority practices; the school also notes immunization compliance (no religious exemptions) for students enrolled starting fall 2025.
