ABRS registration is done online through an Ohr Kodesh website (ShulCloud) account: families sign in, start “School Enrollment,” choose the ABRS term and class(es), and complete the enrollment form. Before you begin, the school asks you to gather key information such as health insurance details, a primary care doctor contact, and two emergency contacts, and you must submit a $100 per-student non‑refundable deposit to complete registration (deposit is applied to tuition). For the 2025–2026 cycle, tuition rates differ based on member vs. non‑member pricing and whether you register by June 25, 2025; payment deadlines listed are 50% due by September 1, 2025 and the balance due by December 31, 2025. Enrollment requirements noted include that grades K–2 are open to the broader community regardless of synagogue affiliation, while for grades 3–7 synagogue membership is preferred, and by third grade students must be Jewish under United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism guidelines. The materials reviewed do not describe a waitlist process; priority is implied for members via member tuition rates and financial-aid funds being prioritized for Ohr Kodesh members.

From the ABRS Parent Handbook (2024-2025): "All classes meet Sunday mornings 9:00 am - 12:00 pm during the school year. Grades 1-7 also meet Wednesday afternoons 4:15 pm - 6:15 pm." It also notes: "On Wednesdays, staff supervision is available from 3:45 pm." The handbook includes drop-off/pickup procedures but does not describe a separate, ongoing after-school care/aftercare program with its own published hours and pricing.
