Admissions

Updated 7mo ago

BTCS asks prospective families to start by completing the online Request Information Form, after which staff will contact you to answer questions and schedule a tour with the principal. (burgeterracechristianschool.org) After the tour, families may complete an online application; the school reviews it and then communicates an admission decision. (burgeterracechristianschool.org) If accepted, BTCS sends an acceptance letter with instructions for completing enrollment online; the site also directs current families (and enrollment for new siblings) to submit applications/enrollment through the FACTS Family Portal (Apply/Enroll → Enrollment/Re-enrollment), which generates a confirmation email upon submission. (burgeterracechristianschool.org) Key dates/fees mentioned include an Early Bird Discount for enrolling by April 1, 2026, a non-refundable $52 application fee for new students, and a non-refundable annual matriculation fee due by July 5. (burgeterracechristianschool.org) The school’s publicly posted admissions information does not describe a waitlist process or any explicit admissions priority categories (beyond the re-enrollment/new-sibling note), and it does not list specific required student documents on these pages.
