Admissions

Updated 7mo ago

St. Susanna School asks prospective families to start by completing the online inquiry form (or calling the principal to schedule an interview and tour), then bringing current school records for review (e.g., report card, ILEARN scores, and any IEP/504 if applicable). For applicants in grades K–8, students are scheduled for grade-level testing prior to acceptance, and after the meeting/tour (including a tuition and financial-aid discussion) families submit the New Family Application and then complete additional required forms provided by email. Admissions are rolling year-round as space allows, with key entry requirements that PreK students must be age 4 by August 1 and kindergarten students must be age 5 by August 1 (no exceptions noted). Enrollment caps are listed by grade band, and once a class is full the school may increase capacity, split classes, or start a waiting list. The non-discrimination policy states Catholic and non-Catholic students may be admitted, with priority given to Catholics for admission.
