Admissions

Holy Angels Catholic School uses a 4-step admissions process: (1) explore the school and contact the office, (2) schedule a tour (online form or call 317-926-5211), (3) after the tour you receive an application to complete/return, and (4) after an interview the admissions committee reviews the application and issues an admission decision (and then discusses scholarship opportunities). (holyangelscatholicschool.org) Key dates listed for 2026–27 are: re-enrollment begins Monday, January 26, 2026; open enrollment begins Monday, February 9, 2026; and (if needed) Lottery Day is Monday, February 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. in the school office. (holyangelscatholicschool.org) Requirements include agreeing to follow the School Handbook, meeting age/eligibility rules (preschool age 3 or 4; kindergarten age 5 by August 1 of the school year; grades 1–8 with proof of successful completion of the prior grade), and submitting enrollment paperwork (e.g., for new students: tuition payment info, birth certificate, vaccination records, student application/medical form, signed family/photo forms, and a $100 enrollment fee per family). (files.ecatholic.com) If applications exceed available seats, the school may run a random lottery; students with siblings already enrolled and students who attended the prior year are given preference and excluded from the lottery. (files.ecatholic.com) Eligible applicants not selected are automatically placed on a waitlist (valid only for that school year, ending when the registered-for school year ends), and the waitlist/seat offers follow the same priority order: current students (until open enrollment begins), siblings of current students, siblings of alumni, Catholic children, then non-Catholic children; applications submitted after the open-enrollment window generally go to the end of the waitlist (and very late applications are added in the order received).
