Applicants apply through Ravenna, and St. Pius X’s admissions page says the application for the next school year is open from October to February; for families offered admission, the enrollment page lists a $400 non-refundable new-student registration fee due by Tuesday, April 14, 2026, though some detailed admissions pages still reference the 2025-2026 cycle. (spx.org) For 9th grade, the application requires parent and student questionnaires, a $100 fee ($150 late), English and math teacher evaluations, a counselor/administrator evaluation, transcripts including grades/test scores/discipline, and SSAT scores sent to SPX; for 10th-11th grade transfers, applicants submit similar materials plus a short interview video, and openings are limited because they depend on attrition. (spx.org) St. Pius X says admission decisions are made holistically by an admissions committee and principal, considering grades, teacher evaluations, behavior, test scores, and extracurricular involvement; interviews are not routinely required, and extra recommendation letters are not considered beyond the three required evaluations. (spx.org) The school says it plans to enroll 275 freshmen, has only limited 10th-11th grade openings, does not accept standard senior-year transfers, and only accepts domestic applicants from U.S. system schools. (spx.org) For priority categories, siblings and children of St. Pius X alumni receive extra consideration but are not guaranteed admission; I did not find a published waitlist process on the official admissions, FAQ, or enrollment pages I reviewed. I could not find a regular school-year after-school care program on the St. Pius X Catholic High School website. The only related item I found was summer "Camp Aftercare," listed as separate from the fine arts camp and for rising K through rising 5th graders.
