Admissions

Updated 6mo ago

City School Atlanta’s website presents admissions as a 3-step process: inquire, visit, and apply; the dedicated Admissions page asks families to call (404) 963-6804 or use the contact form for a student enrollment inquiry. (cityschoolatl.org) The site says the school serves grades 3-12 in small classes, and City of Refuge describes it as a tuition-free private school for students from the surrounding community. (cityschoolatl.org) I did not find published admissions deadlines, decision dates, or a calendar of application milestones on the admissions, home, contact, or events pages reviewed, so families likely need to contact the school directly for current timing. (cityschoolatl.org) I also did not find a posted checklist of required application materials, or a published waitlist process, beyond the general inquire/visit/apply sequence. (cityschoolatl.org) No admissions priority categories were publicly listed in the pages I reviewed. (cityschoolatl.org)

After-School Care

Updated 6mo ago

Available
Monday through Friday during the school year (three-hour after-school program)

Our neighborhood lacks opportunities for children to participate in extracurricular activities such as art, music, and athletics. Quality after-school programming significantly increases academic performance while reducing crime and risky behavior and provides students with a safe and inviting atmosphere to pursue their interests. Engaging our students for the entire day encourages them to maintain focus and ensures they are involved in a productive lifestyle.
