Woodbrook Elementary is a boundary-based public school within Carmel Clay Schools (CCS); families enroll by completing CCS online registration (PowerSchool) and using the district boundary map to confirm the assigned school. (ccs.k12.in.us) For enrollment, CCS lists required documentation including an official birth certificate or passport, immunization records, parent/guardian photo ID, and proof of residency (a housing document plus a gas/electric utility bill), with guardianship/custody paperwork required when a biological parent is not enrolling the child. (ccs.k12.in.us) For the 2026–2027 school year, kindergarten enrollment begins January 12, 2026; children must be age 5 on or before August 1 of the enrolling year, with an early-entrance waiver option for children who turn 5 by October 1. (ccs.k12.in.us) Attending a school outside the assigned boundary requires an In-District Transfer/Residency Request, which CCS says takes about 10–14 days to process and is evaluated based on eligibility plus enrollment/space/programming (childcare-based requests are not approved, and CCS does not provide transfer transportation). (ccs.k12.in.us) CCS does not describe a waitlist process for Woodbrook admissions or transfers on these pages; transfer decisions are communicated in writing and treated as final. (ccs.k12.in.us)
