Center Grove Elementary School enrollment is completed through Center Grove Community School Corporation’s online enrollment system (Skyward), using the “New Families” option for first-time families or the “Current Families” option via Skyward Family Access for families who already have a student enrolled. (centergrove.k12.in.us) For White River Township residents enrolling for the 2026-27 school year, the child must be at least 5 years old by August 1, 2026, and families must upload a birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency. (centergrove.k12.in.us) Families living outside the district must request an inter-district (out-of-district) transfer; the district notes that out-of-district Kindergarten families should complete the 2026-27 new-student enrollment application first and then will be provided an out-of-district transfer application, with Kindergarten requests “fast-tracked” through the transfer process. (centergrove.k12.in.us) For 2026-27 transfers, applications are only accepted during specific windows (intra-district: April 5, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.–April 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.; inter-district: April 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.–May 11, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.), with transfer notifications for grades 1–12 in June and school beginning August 3. (centergrove.k12.in.us) Transfer requests are reviewed case-by-case and may be denied due to capacity/class size, and the district states that applications submitted before the deadline receive the highest priority and that applications are processed in submission (date/time-stamped) order; the pages reviewed do not describe a formal waitlist or additional priority categories beyond residency, timing, and the Kindergarten fast-track note.
