Trinity School handles admissions through Ravenna: families create a household and student profile, explore Trinity in the school directory, and are encouraged to attend a required-registration Open House or arrange an individual meeting if Open Houses are full. (trinityatl.org) To apply for the 2025-2026 cycle, families complete the Shared Applicant Information Form, Trinity’s parent/guardian statements, the required authorization form(s), and a $95 application fee; Trinity says grade-level requirements vary, but public pages specifically mention observations/assessments, teacher evaluations for all applicants, transcripts for First-Fifth Grade applicants, and JATP testing for Kindergarten-Fifth Grade applicants. (trinityatl.org) Key posted dates include applications and financial-aid forms opening October 1, 2025; the main application deadline January 16, 2026 at 5 PM; Early Learner/Pre-K early-notification applications due December 5, 2025; early-notification supporting documents due January 9, 2026; common supporting documents due February 20, 2026; decisions posted February 4, 2026 for early notification and April 4, 2026 at 8 AM for common notification; and the response deadline April 14, 2026. (trinityatl.org) Trinity’s public site does not appear to publish admissions priority categories, and it does not clearly describe an admissions waitlist process; the only explicit waitlist reference on the admissions pages is an Open House waitlist managed through the admissions office. (trinityatl.org) Overall, the public admissions pages provide the process and timeline, but for grade-specific requirements, waitlist handling, or any priority preference, Trinity directs families to Ravenna and the admissions team.
