CFI School 84 (Joseph J. Bingham School 84) uses IPS’ two-step enrollment process: (1) apply for a seat through Enroll Indy (OneMatch), then (2) complete PowerSchool registration after you’ve secured a seat. (myips.org) Key dates for the 2026–27 school year shown on the school’s enrollment page are: Round 1 (November 2025–January 2026) with results released February 20, 2026; Round 2 (January 2026–April 2026) with results released May 1, 2026; and an Open Seat Portal (for remaining seats) available starting June 2026. (myips.org) After results, families must complete PowerSchool registration within 30 days or they risk losing the seat; if using the Open Seat Portal, seats are first-come/first-served and a student STN/school ID number is required. (myips.org) Transportation is tied to IPS zones (you can choose any school in your zone; choosing outside your zone generally means no transportation). (myips.org) For high-demand IPS magnets including CFI 84, IPS has reported that enrollment priority is given to students with siblings already at the school and to students who live within a half-mile of the school; OneMatch is designed to avoid traditional school-run waitlists, so families who aren’t matched typically apply in a later round or try the Open Seat Portal if seats open.
