GW Community School (grades 7–12) uses rolling admissions and states it accepts students throughout the year, including during the school year. Families start by submitting the school’s online contact form to schedule an interview/visit via Calendly with the Director or Assistant Principal (the school notes it does not hold open houses). After the interview, the school provides an information packet with the application; to be considered, applicants submit the application plus a writing sample, a student photo, and an application fee (and related release forms). The school then reviews the completed materials and contacts applicants regarding admission; if accepted, families complete an enrollment contract and pay a registration fee to reserve the student’s spot (forms can be mailed or emailed). The website does not describe a waitlist process or any priority categories for admission.
