Eman Schools directs new families to submit an inquiry/request for information and then begin enrollment by creating an account and completing the online admission form. For the 2026–2027 school year, the site states enrollment begins on 01/15/2026, and admissions staff begin calling families on 02/02/2026 in the order of completed/time-stamped applications (with limited openings noted in Pre-K and grades 6–8). Applications are considered complete only after parents upload the student’s birth certificate and pay a $50 admission fee; families must also provide prior-school grades, testing results, attendance/behavior records, and authorization to release academic records. Admissions requirements include placement/testing (reading and math are referenced), an admission exam for all students in Kindergarten through 11th grade, and interviews (transfer students meet with the principal; grades 6–11 must interview with two administrators; students with extensive disciplinary histories may not be considered). The website does not describe a formal waitlist policy, but it emphasizes limited space and contacting families by completion/time stamp; for Choice Scholarship (voucher) applicants, it describes a lottery only if demand exceeds capacity and lists priority in order: returning students, returning students’ siblings, Alhuda members, then new students/lottery.
