Maple Glen Elementary enrollment is handled through Westfield Washington Schools’ district online New Student Registration (InfoSnap); families verify their child’s assigned school using the interactive boundary map and then complete the online form. (wws.k12.in.us) New Student Registration is intended only for students new to the district and/or children entering kindergarten; returning WWS students use a separate enrollment confirmation/returning-student process. (wws.k12.in.us) For kindergarten, students must have a legal residence in WWS and be age 5 on or before August 1 for the coming school year, and families must provide/upload proof-of-residency and required documents (ID with current in-district address, housing document such as deed/lease, utility bill, birth certificate, immunization records, and any applicable custody/support-service documentation). (wws.k12.in.us) After registering, incoming kindergarten students must complete a readiness screening (sign-up dates vary by school), and families are asked to complete the SafeVisitor background check for school visits/volunteering (which can take up to 10 days). (wws.k12.in.us) The district states there is no hard deadline, no competition, and no waitlists for registration, and it does not describe any admissions priority categories (beyond being assigned based on residency/boundary).
