To apply, families complete the school’s “Application for Enrollment” form (available on the Forms page) and submit it to the school (the site indicates forms can be returned by email to admissions@montessoriscienceacademy.com, by mail, or in person). The application notes a $100 non-refundable registration fee is required with the application. Eligibility requirements state the child must be age 3 by December 1 of the school year they will attend and should be toilet trained, and the school requires all enrollment paperwork to be completed before the child is allowed to begin. Required enrollment items listed include an enrollment form, release form (picture/travel/directory), physical assessment/health information, and immunization record, and the school also notes paperwork must be completed and returned by the child’s scheduled start date. If openings are limited, priority is given first to currently enrolled students for successive enrollment, second to siblings of currently enrolled students, and then to registered children on a first-come basis by date of completed registration; when openings occur during the year, currently enrolled students requesting an hours change have first priority and waitlisted registered children have second priority.
