Families start by submitting an inquiry to book a tour or attend an Open House, then apply through the school’s Ravenna online portal. For the 2025–2026 admissions cycle, the school lists these key dates: applications open September 1; open houses/tours run October 1–February 1; financial-aid applications for new applicants are due January 15; and admissions decisions are announced March 2, 2026. Required materials include an application plus confidential student recommendation(s) for all levels, and school transcripts for Grades 1–12. Once the application is complete (including recommendations/transcripts), the school schedules a parent meeting and a student classroom visit (typically 1 hour to a full day depending on age), and then issues a final decision. The website notes rolling admissions and mid-year transfers based on availability and that applications completed after February are reviewed on a rolling basis; it does not spell out a formal waitlist process, and the only stated priority category is that current students have priority for admission.
