Admissions

Families are encouraged to schedule a tour by contacting the school office (phone) or emailing the principal, and after an application is received the principal will call to set up a meeting and tour. (school.trinityindy.org) To apply, families can enroll by visiting the school office during business hours (Monday–Friday, typically 8:00am–4:00pm) or by completing the online new-student application; once accepted, new students pay a registration fee ($100 for the first student and $50 for each additional student), which can be brought to the office. (school.trinityindy.org) Key dates listed for 2026: re-enrollment for current students begins Monday, February 2, 2026 (via a link in Gradelink), and open enrollment for new PK3–8th grade students begins March 1, 2026. (school.trinityindy.org) Requirements vary by grade: preschool applicants submit the registration fee, completed application, birth certificate, and immunization records (immunizations must be current by August 1), while K–8 applicants also provide immunization records plus recent report cards and standardized test results (grades 1–8), and kindergarteners take a readiness test; admission is subject to principal approval and students expelled from a previous school are not eligible. (school.trinityindy.org) The website does not describe a formal waitlist process or any priority enrollment categories (such as siblings or church membership); it does note the registration fee “secures your child’s place on the class roster” and that all new students begin with a nine-week probationary period before continued enrollment is confirmed.
