Forest Glen Elementary (MSD of Lawrence Township) uses districtwide, school-based enrollment: families first determine their assigned school by address, then enroll through the Skyward New Student Enrollment Portal (creating a Skyward account if needed), either fully online or with help from the school. (ltschools.org) Required enrollment documentation includes proof of residency, the student’s original birth certificate, and a current immunization record (a transcript is recommended only if the student has already earned high school credit); documents are typically uploaded in Step 5 in Skyward or brought to the school to be scanned if you can’t upload them. (ltschools.org) Students who live in the Forest Glen boundary are assigned there; district residents who want Forest Glen instead of their boundary school apply via the Elementary Choice Application Process (CAP)—the CAP for 2026–2027 opens April 6, 2026, and requests submitted outside the regular window are placed as seats are available; CAP is available for (1) current LT students seeking a different school, (2) students returning to their assigned neighborhood school, (3) in-district students currently attending another school who want a different school, and (4) staff placement requests. (ltschools.org) For Dual Language (Spanish immersion) kindergarten at Forest Glen, the 2026–2027 early application window was November 3–November 28, 2025, placement is by randomized selection based on seats, decisions were emailed by December 8, 2025 with acceptance due January 6, 2026, and the application remains open afterward to add students to a waitlist and place them if space becomes available; current Dual Language students do not re-apply, but siblings must submit the early application. (ltschools.org) Families who live outside MSD of Lawrence Township must submit a Non-Resident transfer application (the 2026–2027 application opens March 2, 2026) including required student records (attendance, discipline, report card) for administrative review, and non-resident families must provide their own transportation.
