Central Christian Academy (CCA) asks families to start by submitting an inquiry to connect with admissions, then complete an application that includes providing required documents (such as prior school records/transcripts) and completing any requested assessments; admissions reviews the application and may schedule an interview (grades 7–12 applicants must interview and share their story/desire to attend). Requirements emphasize family alignment with CCA’s Christian mission (a statement of faith is not required), at least one committed caregiving adult partner, and a holistic review of academics, conduct history, and available supports; students may need math/English assessments for placement and must show readiness for the grade level. A key date noted is that kindergarten applicants must be age 5 on or before October 1, and applications are year-specific (a new application is required to be considered for a later school year if not enrolled in the year applied). Seats are not reserved until the student is accepted through the application/interview/assessment process and the non-refundable enrollment fee is paid. If a class is full, students may be placed in a waiting pool and families are notified if an opening occurs during that school year; seat availability is prioritized first for children of faculty/staff, then new students from existing CCA families, then families new to CCA.
