St. Luke Catholic School directs families to apply through its online application portal, and the school lists a $100 non‑refundable application fee as required. (school.stluke.org) To complete an application, the school asks families to submit required documentation (e.g., birth certificate and immunization records) and, for Grades 1–6 (and per policy, Grades 1–8 academic records), upload prior academic records and available standardized test scores; the policy also notes additional records such as recommendations and (for Catholic applicants) sacramental certificates may be requested. (school.stluke.org) After submission, Kindergarten applicants are invited to a Kindergarten screening (the school’s schedule lists screenings on January 9 and January 16, 2026), and Grades 1–6 applicants are scheduled for a Shadow Day/visitation with a grade-level assessment (scheduled Feb. 11–13, 2026). (school.stluke.org) Key dates posted for the 2026–2027 cycle include a Fall Open House on November 6, 2025; a “Sibling Application Deadline” (all grades) on December 5, 2025; all applications due January 30, 2026; and acceptance letters mailed February 27, 2026 (screenings/visitation are by appointment and require a completed application on file). (drive.google.com) The school states the 2026–2027 Kindergarten application is closed and offers a waitlist via a separate form; beyond the sibling deadline, no other published admissions priority categories were found on the admissions page/policy materials accessed.
