Central Elementary (Lebanon Community School Corporation) directs families to enroll through the district’s online New Student Enrollment form in Skyward, then submit required documentation to the school the child will attend (a school representative will follow up with next steps; in summer, contact may be delayed until mid-to-late July). Students are assigned to an elementary school based on the district’s attendance boundaries/interactive map (so residency within the Central boundary is the main “priority” factor described for K–5 placement). Required items include the student’s original birth certificate, current immunization record, and residency verification using two documents (a mortgage statement or rental/lease agreement, plus a current utility bill or bank statement dated within 60 days), with custody/guardianship documents if applicable. For incoming kindergarteners, the district lists Kindergarten Round-Up appointments on March 16 and March 19 (12:00–8:00 p.m.) and notes children are eligible if they turn 5 on/before August 1, 2026, with early-entrance possible (5 on/before October 1, 2026) via an application under Board Policy 5112. The published annual registration window is July 7–25 via Skyward Family Access (and out-of-district families may apply using an Out-of-District Transfer online form), but the district pages reviewed do not describe a K–5 waitlist process or additional priority categories beyond boundary-based school assignment.
