Saints Francis & Clare of Assisi School starts admissions with an online inquiry form (where families can request information, financial-aid help, a tour, or an open house). (ss-fc.schooladminonline.com) After submitting an inquiry, families are invited to visit campus/meet the admissions team, then complete the application process (including providing items like academic records and personal references), and—if accepted—sign an enrollment contract. (ss-fc.org) For the 2026–2027 cycle, returning families can begin enrolling February 1, new families February 15, and the enrollment period runs through March 15; registrations submitted by March 15 use the early fee ($200/student) and the fee increases starting March 16 ($250/student), with returning families needing to complete the online application and submit the fee by February 14 to keep priority ahead of new-family open enrollment. (ss-fc.org) Key requirements include: kindergarten applicants must be age 5 by August 1; grades 1–8 placements depend on openings and prior-school promotion and are finalized upon receipt of proper records; transfer students meet with administration; and new students have a trial period of at least one semester (the school also reserves the right to exclude families with delinquent balances). (ss-fc.org) If applications exceed capacity, enrollment priority is: (1) SSFC employees; (2) returning + parish stewardship re-enrolling; (3) returning re-enrolling; (4) returning + parish stewardship sibling; (5) returning sibling; (6) new + parish stewardship; (7) active Catholic non-parishioners; (8) other new families. (ss-fc.org) If a grade fills, remaining applicants go on a waitlist in priority order; ties can be resolved by parish-join date for stewardship families or by lottery, and late/incomplete registrations are handled outside the priority system on a first-come basis (or lottery if multiple submissions occur the same day).
