Admissions

Updated 6mo ago

Palm Beach Day Academy says admission is not first-come, first-served, and families should apply the year before the desired enrollment year. The process starts by contacting the admission team through the inquiry form, email, or phone, then scheduling a private tour (held mid-September through mid-December), completing the online application with a $100 per-student fee, and submitting required materials by January 15. Required materials listed on the site include two years of complete school records from the current school, including official transcripts and any standardized testing results (if applicable), the appropriate teacher recommendation form, and an in-person student interview or visit day. On the admissions page, the currently posted key dates are September 5, 2025 for applications opening, November 1, 2025 for financial assistance opening, January 14-15, 2026 for Kindergarten Visit Days, January 15, 2026 for the admission and financial assistance deadline, January 22, 2026 for Pre-Primary Visit Day, February 4, 2026 for admission decisions, and February 18, 2026 for new-enrollment contracts due; the school also says applications may continue to be accepted during the year if space is available. I did not find a published waitlist policy or any stated admissions-priority categories (such as sibling, legacy, or employee preference) on the admissions pages reviewed. (pbday.org)
