St. Lawrence Catholic School directs families to apply using the online application forms linked on its Enrollment page (separate forms for New K–8, Current K–8, and Preschool). (saintlawrence.net) The published admission policy lists eligibility requirements including age cutoffs (Preschool age 3 or 4 by August 1; Kindergarten age 5 by August 1; grades 1–8 need proof of successful completion of the prior grade), disclosure of special needs, participation in religion/liturgies, and remaining in good standing (including being current on tuition and not on conduct/academic probation). (saintlawrence.net) For the main selection round, the policy says that if registered by June 6, students are placed based on classroom capacity and admissions priorities (in order): current students; siblings of current students; Catholic children of participating parishioners who are siblings of a graduate; Catholic children of participating parishioners; Catholic children of non-participating parishioners who are siblings of a graduate; Catholic children of non-participating parishioners; non-parishioner Catholic children; then non-Catholic children, with tie-breakers based on parish registration date (higher categories) or application date (lower categories). (saintlawrence.net) Students not selected are automatically placed on a waitlist that uses the same priority order; the policy notes the waitlist is established after selections and ends when that school year ends (it does not carry over year-to-year). (saintlawrence.net) After a student is registered/accepted, the school’s Financial Aid 2025–2026 document says families can then apply for aid through the school and recommends submitting financial-aid applications before July 1, 2025 (with some aid programs processed the week of July 21), and it states the registration fee is due within 30 days after registration acceptance.
