Smarties Academy

Smarties Academy says enrollment openings are offered to families on its waiting list, so parents should apply by submitting the online waiting-list application and paying a $75 non-refundable fee per family. (smartiesacademy.com) Smarties says it uses Mailchimp for official waitlist communications, and if a family unsubscribes from all emails on the application, the school treats that as a request to be removed from the waitlist. (smartiesacademy.com) Parents are responsible for keeping the child’s information current—including the child’s name and date of birth or due date, sibling additions, contact changes, and any withdrawal request—and children remain on the waitlist until they age out of the program or the family gives written notice of withdrawal. (smartiesacademy.com) When a spot becomes available, Smarties says it will notify families by email and phone; placement depends on classroom availability, and the school notes that specific gender and birthdates are often taken into account when enrolling a student. (smartiesacademy.com) The only priority category I found is siblings of children who already received a spot or are already enrolled, and the current posted school calendar shows an August 1, 2025 open house and August 4, 2025 first day of school for 2025–2026, but I did not find a separate admissions deadline or decision-release calendar on the site.
