Admissions

Updated 7mo ago

St. Rose of Lima Catholic School directs families to complete an application file by meeting the school’s admissions criteria and submitting required forms (Family Registration Form and Student Admission Application for the year, Home Language Survey, and Emergency Contact Form), plus documentation such as a birth certificate for Pre-K/Kindergarten and prior school records/transcripts if applicable. Applications may be submitted at any time during the year; applications received after the school’s annual deadline are considered on a rolling basis as space becomes available, and families are notified of acceptance in writing. Enrollment is capped by grade (including age cutoffs of August 1 for Preschool and Kindergarten eligibility), and students are admitted until a class is full; once full, families may choose to be placed on a waitlist. Initial enrollment priority is: (1) children of families currently registered in the school, (2) children of registered parishioners of St. Rose and its sister parish Holy Trinity (Edinburgh), then (3) non-parish/non-Catholic students, with each priority group handled first-come, first-served. Paperwork can be emailed or mailed to the school’s Admissions office at 114 Lancelot Drive, Franklin, IN 46131 (school office phone: 317-738-3451).
