Admissions

Intown Community School’s admissions page says families should first contact Admissions Director Heather Hnat to schedule a free educational consultation and campus tour before starting the academic application, and the school’s posted fee sheet shows a one-time application fee submitted with the application. (intownschool.org) The most recent admissions-related dates I found on the website are on its 2025-2026 tuition/fees sheet: new-family application fee due with application, enrollment/re-enrollment fee windows of February 7-February 21, 2025, February 22-March 31, 2025, and April 1, 2025 and after, plus materials/activity fees due June 1, 2025; I did not find a separate public 2026-2027 admissions calendar for new applicants. (intownschool.org) The website frames admissions around mission fit: Intown describes itself as a covenant Christian school, says parents are primary educators, says its families are members in good standing of a church, and says families should understand the school’s doctrinal standards even if they do not agree with every detail. (intownschool.org) Tuition assistance is available and is described as first come, first served, but I did not find a published student waitlist policy on the site. (intownschool.org) I also did not find a formal public list of admissions priority categories; the clearest publicly posted preference-related items were existing-family re-enrollment windows and sibling-related fee/discount information rather than stated admissions priority tiers.
