Teaching Approach

Updated 6mo ago

Baldwin Prep School describes a personalized, small-class approach centered on quality education with a personal touch, saying it meets each child where they are and guides them to where they need to be. The school also emphasizes cherishing childhood, close parent communication, and character formation alongside academics, including values such as honesty, respect, responsibility, fairness, kindness, and citizenship. Admissions

Updated 6mo ago

Baldwin Prep says families begin by calling the admissions office at (561) 844-7700 to schedule a parent interview and campus tour; the interview is held after school, usually lasts about an hour, and includes an information packet plus the enrollment application. (baldwinprepschool.com) After the completed application is received, the student may be scheduled for a full-day classroom visit running from morning pledge through the 2:40 p.m. dismissal, after which the school discusses placement and fit and typically mails an acceptance letter within about one week. (baldwinprepschool.com) The application form asks for student and parent/guardian biographical and contact information, current or previous school details, and a $100 non-refundable application fee; the handbook also says the school needs an admission application, an emergency contact card, current immunization records, and prior school records on file. (baldwinprepschool.com) A seat is secured once the $1,500 deposit is received, and the school's required-forms packet says onboarding paperwork should be turned in within the first two weeks of school. (baldwinprepschool.com) I did not find any published application deadline, formal waitlist policy, or stated priority categories on Baldwin Prep's official admissions materials or site pages that I checked.
