Sugar Grove Elementary School enrollment is handled through Center Grove’s online Skyward “New Student Online Enrollment” (new families use the “New Families” option; current CG families log into Skyward Family Access and use “New Student Online Enrollment,” and you must select the correct school year—2025-26 vs. 2026-27). (centergrove.k12.in.us) For White River Township residents, kindergarten eligibility for the 2026-27 year is being at least 5 years old by August 1, 2026, and families must upload a birth certificate, immunization records, and proof of residency (e.g., lease or utility bill). (centergrove.k12.in.us) Families living outside the district must complete the new-student enrollment and then request an inter-district (out-of-district) transfer; out-of-district kindergarten applications are noted as “fast-tracked” through the transfer process after enrollment is completed. (centergrove.k12.in.us) Key transfer dates for 2026-27 are April 5, 2026 (6:00 p.m.) to April 10, 2026 (11:59 p.m.) for intra-district transfers and April 19, 2026 (6:00 p.m.) to May 11, 2026 (11:59 p.m.) for inter-district transfers; the district timeline also notes enrollment opens in February and school begins August 3. (centergrove.k12.in.us) No separate waitlist process is described; instead, transfer applications are timestamped and processed in submission order, applications submitted before the deadline receive the highest priority, and approvals may be limited by capacity/class size (with transfer families providing their own transportation).
